Part of my new Take a Seat series, depicting chairs in isolation that invite you to sit. This idea of taking a seat is inspired by my meditation practice in which teachers often use that phrase to transition into meditation. This piece is named for the Tazo Tea, Wild Sweet Orange that grounds the velvet chair, and also includes a mindfulness quote that reads: "Praise and blame, gain and loss, pleasure and sorrow come and go like the wind. To be happy, rest like a giant tree in the midst of them all.” -Buddha
Option to mount on cradled panel is available, but might require extra time in delivery.
