Wildly Dahlia Arrangement

Begun as a demo for a backyard watercolor workshop during the summer of 2020, but resolved in my studio over several sessions. The painting retains the feeling of immediacy from the first session. The Dahlia pops from the Payne's Grey background, while the Carnation, Zinnia, Japanese Anemone, and Bridal Veil Spirea pop off a red violet wash. The arrangement was created by Wildly Florals, Inc. of South Orange, NJ.


Artwork will be mounted on acid-free board, enclosed in an archival clear bag and shipped in a rigid envelope.
