Wouldn't you want to sit for a moment, taking in these trees embraced by golden wheat fields? What's behind them, through them, in them? I had the pleasure of painting them in life during a plein air painting workshop with Erin Spencer in Rhode Island this summer. We were in a field, outside of Triverton, RI - a beautiful coastal town. The light and colors were simply eye dropping. Color palette of warm greens and goldenrod, a pop of red, and some purplish shadows.
Wired and ready for a contemporary presentation, wood edges finished with furniture wax paste. Float framing is available for an additional price - message me at time of purchase.
