In Person Art Class Policies - Please Review Upon Enrolling

ATTENDANCE
Classes purchased in a prepay package should be used consecutively, unless otherwise stated.

MAKEUPS:
  • If a class is missed due to a student's own conflict, it's the responsibility of the student to reschedule and is space-dependent.
  • If space is not available, the class may be made up by paying for a private class.
  • Private makeups are always available, but must be paid for at the private weekly rate.
CANCELLATIONS:
Classes cancelled within 24 hours cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Please notify me in advance if you cannot make an upcoming class. The exception is if the student is ill - please do not come to class if ill or displaying Covid symptoms.

REFUNDS:
Due to the intimate nature of lessons through TraillWorks, lessons are non-refundable. Sessions must be used within the time frame of the package purchased. When a student enrolls in a group and the group doesn’t have the enrollment to run, a refund will be made.

SKETCHBOOKS:
All students should come with a sketchbook, pencil and eraser. Helpful for keeping notes, gathering ideas, and developing your techniques at home; sketchbook assignments are often given to reinforce lessons learned in the studio. PLUS research shows doodling helps you remember better!

ART SUPPLIES: 
Bring your own supplies or opt to share Jennie's for a $15 quarterly fee.* If bringing your own, students will be supplied with a list of suggested supplies. If shared supplies are opted / paid for - they will be wiped down in between classes.

CLOTHING:
Please wear suitable clothing for an art class, i.e. clothing that can get dirty, and breathable for the heat. We may not always get messy, but given the nature of what we are doing, please come prepared. TraillWorks is not responsible for soiled clothing.
