WATERCOLOR & MORE
Tuesday 9:30am or Wednesday 7:30pm Get your art muscles turned on each week while you think, create, and at times find mindfulness. Using watercolor as our starting medium, you'll be guided through basic painting and drawing processes that include perception, values, contrast, and paint handling, while more advanced students will develop a direction in their work, honing media and exploring composition and subject matter.

TWEEN MULTIMEDIA ART CLASS
Tuesday 4 - 5pm Whether it's drawing a creative illustration of a rubber duck or learning how to paint, tweens will get a dose of developing slow art. The emphasis will be on creating 2-D work, with a bit of 3-D thrown in. employing. Students work at their own pace, on independent projects, beginning with the introductory project learning to draw the rubber duck.

TEEN MULTIMEDIA ART CLASS
Saturday 10:15 - 11:45am This 1 1/2 hour class permits the time to explore and delve deeper into the art making process for older students. Observation drawing, mixed media, painting, with a dash of 3-D work. This is a perfect period of time for students wishing to develop a portfolio, explore new media, and learn technique.

PRIVATE ART LESSONS
For those looking for an even more individualized environment, Jennie offers a limited amount of private lessons in her studio. Lessons can be scheduled for one - two hours sessions, based on her availability. Private lessons are only offered during daytime hours: 9:30 - 5pm, depending on the day of the week. Private lessons may be scheduled in Jennie's home studio in West Orange or at Oh! Canary Studio in Maplewood, depending on space and availability.

VIRTUAL MENTORSHIP
Can't come to the studio, out of the area, but still would like my mentorship and advisement? Consider a virtual, private session with Jennie in the comfort of your home / studio. Perfect for teens and adults, aspiring artists and developing artists who would like to improve their art, fine tune a portfolio or develop a direction in their work.

FAQs:Can I enroll after a class has begun?
Yes, enrollment in most classes is ongoing throughout the year and I offer flexible tuition packages. If I'm interested, but your existing schedule doesn't work for me is there still a chance for me to enroll? Possibly, please contact me with your availability. I may have other interested students on a wait list and might be able to form another session. Or, private lessons are a possibility. Do I need to bring supplies? Supplies are included in your quarterly registration fee, unless otherwise noted. A sketchbook is recommended. Students who register for the full year in the fall will receive a sketchbook.
