As a small, small business, which operates its gallery on consignment we cannot offer refunds. But, we are offering a policy that we believe is in the best interest of our customers, while being mindful of both the artists and TraillWorks. So, without further adieu -

We know that you will be over the moon with the artisan pieces that you purchase at TraillWorks. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may bring in your purchase in its original condition for exchange or gallery credit within 30 days of the purchase date, and with proof of original receipt. Due to the nature of TraillWorks’ relationship with its many artists, we cannot offer refunds, or credits beyond 30 days. Beyond 30 days, we can provide an equal value exchange with artwork by the same artist. Any original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
